Kim Kardashian made her debut appearance as host of Saturday Night Live (SNL) on Saturday, October 9 and boy did she bring it.
The former reality tv star took shots at estranged husband, Kanye West, her mother’s boyfriend, Corey Gamble and a host of others during her opening monologue.
Taking a jab at Bruce and Kanye, Kardashian assured the audience she wasn’t running for president as they could not have three failed politicians in the family.
She went on to say, she could never be called a gold digger because she doesn’t know how to be one and had to ask her mum’s boyfriend, Corey Gamble about it.
Kim obviously made reference to her father’s relationship with O.J Simpson when she spoke on her fight to free wrongfully accused people and for racial justice.
She credited her father for introducing her to the first black person she ever met and asked ‘wanna take a stab in the dark to know who that was?’
She went on to add that she was grateful for her father’s influence and in getting her interested in the causes she fights for especially as O.J left several marks, few marks or no marks at all, in reference to his highly publicised murder trial where he was found not guilty of murdering ex-wife, Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman.
