Uriel Oputa came with guns blazing to shatter the Nigerian table of taste buds and spicy meal with one blow.
The former reality TV star, businesswoman and chef made a passionate appeal to give pepper in meals a rest and instead, experience other healthy spices that will actually do the body good.
Uriel pointed out that pepper isn’t the only flavour one should be able to taste from a meal, citing that our stomach walls do not have to suffer neither do tongues need burn in the name of delicious and spicy meals.
She advocated for the use of other spices such as Garlic, Pimento, Rosemary, Ginger, Cajan, etc. and got her nurse to back her up on this issue.
