Timbaland and Swizz Beatz have sold their live music streaming platform, Verzuz to Triller Network.
By the very nature of the deal, the two music heavyweights will automatically become large shareholders in the Triller Network.
The duo of Timbaland and Swizz Beatz also made sure to include all 43 artists who have appeared on the Verzuz platform as they distributed part of their equity stake to them, thereby making them shareholders too.
This list includes the likes of DMX, Gladys Knight, Alicia Keys and others.
The deal will also see the dynamic duo join the Triller Verzuz management team to help oversee the music and other company strategies, Billboard reports.
Both men who seem pretty psyched by the new development shared the news on their respective Instagram pages.
