Shaun King is grateful that is daughter, Kendi is making a full recovery following her accident.
The writer, activist and father of four who has been keeping fans updated about her condition via his Instagram page, shared that after a month, Kendi is up and about.
Shaun noted that his daughter has recovered well after a month where she had an accident and sustained head injury.
“Look who is out and about! A month after a near death experience when she was hit by a car while walking in Manhattan, our daughter Kendi has recovered so very well.
“Her scar is healing nicely and we are hopeful that she’s not going to have any long term challenges from the traumatic brain injury. Thank all of you SO MUCH for your prayers and good vibes and well wishes. They meant the world to her and to our whole family. Love y’all. Shaun & Family,” he wrote on Instagram.
