Obasanjo has not forgiven North for botched third term bid – ACF Member

The Assistant National Auditor Of Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) and Member of the National Executive Council (NEC) of the Forum, Muhammad Alhaji Yakubu has claimed that former president Olusegun Obasanjo has not forgiven the North for fighting against his third term ambition.

Alhaji Yakubu’s remark is coming following the recent endorsement of Mr Peter Obi for the 2023 presidential election by the former president.

Alhaji Yakubu who is also the national convener, Atiku/Okowa 2023 Patriots, said he is not surprised by Obasanjo’s move.

According to him, Obasanjo does not have the right to speak to Nigerians on which step they should take.

He said Obasanjo is still angry with the north for rejecting his bid to run for third term. He also said the former president is still not happy with Atiku Abubakar.

Hear him “but because of his lost third term agenda, he is taking on and kicking against the North. So, Obasanjo is still angry and has not forgiven Atiku and the North for fighting against his third term agenda”
