‘New Ways of Disciplining Kids Must be Researched’ ~ Etinosa on Violence

Etinosa Idemudia has drawn a causal effect between beating children and domestic violence.

The actress and mother of one who opined that flogging no longer works as a form of discipline, stated that new ways of correcting children must be researched.

Etinosa noted that where children are raised to see violence as the only means to correct wrongdoing, they grow up to exert violence on others too.

According to her, the phrase; “Spare the rod and spoil the child has lost relevance since society is getting worse despite and in turn, it produces damaged children who grow up to become damaged and angry adults.
