Gwyneth Paltrow Speaks on Disastrous Anti-wrinkle Injection that Left Her Face Frozen

Speaking with Harper Bazaar, Gywneth Paltrow recalled a time when her face was left frozen; the result of a disastrous anti-wrinkle injection.

The actress and owner of lifestyle brand, Goop, revealed that she has experimented with face injections.

Paltrow recently recalled a “midlife crisis” she had when she “turned 40,” where she went to see a doctor to smooth over some lines and it ended up being “a disaster.”

“I didn’t do anything else for a long, long time,” Paltrow told Harper’s Bazaar. “I was bruised, my forehead was completely frozen, and I didn’t look like myself at all.”

“By getting injectables, it’s like admitting a vulnerability. I think sometimes honesty is perceived to be a weakness … There does seem to be a lot of stigma around injections,” she said

Gywneth Paltrow is completely off getting injections in her face as she had figured out what what works for her.

The mother of two joked that a “teeny drop” of injectables make her look “less pissed off.”
