Drake has disposed of his Hidden Hills estate in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, the rapper has sold the three-house “YOLO Estate” for $12 million to an unknown buyer for below its original $14.8 million asking price.
Complex says this about what the estate looks like: “Consisting of 12,500 square feet, the luxurious home includes six fireplaces, a wine cellar, and a 25-seat theater in addition to the obligatory recording studio. That’s not to mention the huge swimming pool area featuring a spa and swim-up bar, or the separate courts to play tennis, basketball, and volleyball.”
The report added that the “other two properties on the estate were purchased by Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford for $11 million in April. The entire compound, when it was listed in March, attracted interest from potential buyers that included Britney Spears and Caitlyn Jenner, among others.”
Congratulations to Drizzy!
