President of #FreeTheSheeple movement and OAP, Ifedayo Oparinde aka Daddy Freeze has been ordered to pay the sum of N5m to his lover’s ex- husband for committing adultery with her.
A High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, made the ruling on February 18, 2021,
Daddy Freeze who shares a son, Jason, born in 2015 with his lover, Benedicta Elechi is to lay Paul Odekina who was married to her as at the time the adulterous act was committed.
The presiding judge, Hon Justice Akpughunum, ruled that the OAP pay the sum of N5million as “damages for depriving Odekina amiable consort of his wife.”
“The sum of N5,000,000 is awarded against Ifedayo Olarinde (the 2nd Cross Respondent to the Cross Petition) as damages for depriving the Cross Petitioner of the amiable consort of his wife (Petitioner/1st Cross Respondent) and for injury suffered as a result of his adultery with the Petitioner/Cross Respondent.
An Order of injunction is hereby granted, preventing Ifedayo Olarinde ― the Co-Respondent to the Cross Petition ― from having access or dealing whatsoever with the children of the marriage until they attain the age of majority,” the docu read in part.
After the ruling, the Judge dissolved the marriage between Paul and Benedicta on grounds of Benedicta’s adulterous act with Daddy Freeze.
He also granted Mr. Odekina custody of the children produced in the marriage while Benedicta has been ordered to hand over the children’s passports and birth certificates.
