A picture of the businesswoman cooling her heels in police custody has since gone viral with reports stating that she would have been charged on Friday, January 21 but the court had closed until Monday.

If convicted of drug abuse, the mother of one could be sentenced to a minimum of a 15-year-prison sentence and a maximum of 25 years.

On charges of defamation against Prince Ned Nwoko, she could get another 2-year prison sentence.

Recall that Jaruma alleged that actress Regina Daniels used her products to ‘grab’ Ned Nwoko, a claim which was refuted by the latter.
